Fruit Heights City will host a presentation at the City Office on Tuesday Feb. 11th at 6 pm with UDOT and Oak Hills Contractors for residents who live near the 400 N interchange. Information to be discussed include construction timeline, traffic routes, road closures, etc. Q&A to follow.
Note: a second meeting will be scheduled for a future date where information related to Nicholls Rd and Lloyd/Main St will be shared with residents.
Recently Fruit Heights City Council conducted the annual Strategic Planning meeting to outline priorities and create a plan for the next year (and beyond). We began creating a strategic plan two years ago by identifying five Strategic Initiatives to guide our City Council meetings and priorities to reach our objective as a City:

Fruit Heights City and Kaysville City are hosting a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) course beginning on Thursday, January 23rd, starting at 6:30 pm in the basement of the Fruit Heights City offices, 910 South Mountain Road. The course will continue for eight consecutive Thursdays and conclude with a practical exercise.
CERT is a national program designed to engage everyone to make their community safer, more prepared, and more resilient when critical incidents occur. The course offers instruction in Emergency Preparedness, Fire Safety, Disaster Medical Operations, Light Search and Rescue Operations, Team Organization, Disaster Psychology, and Terrorism Awareness.
There is a $25.00 registration fee that covers the cost of instruction, the student manual, and necessary CERT response personal protective equipment.
