Utility Billing

Paperless Billing and Online Payments
Fruit Heights City is moving towards a paperless utility billing process and we are encouraging residents to help us out. If you have an internet connection, an email address, and a city account number, you can view current and past statements online at Xpress Bill Pay. Once the account is established on Xpress Bill Pay, select the paperless billing option. As a note, the city does not currently charge a fee for those who wish to continue receiving paper statements but in the future this service will cost residents receiving a paper statement a fee of $1.45 per month. This cost is a pass-through cost for the printing and mailing of monthly utility bills.
While on Xpress Bill Pay, we encourage you to setup automatic payments using a credit or debit card or a checking or savings account. Payments will continue to be received in the 24/7 drop box at the City Hall located at 910 S. Mountain Road or at the city's front desk during regular business hours.
